Activities of the project
The
project focuses on three types of activities
(components):

First component:
Improve the legislation protecting (small)
economic operators.

Second component:
Improve the application and the enforcement
of law by providing training for judges of
arbitration courts in new areas of the law,
including economic, financial and entrepreneurship
law, and by presenting new legal techniques.

Third component:
Improving access to the legal system for
small entrepreneurs and legal practitioners.
Location
The
activities conducted within the project are
implemented at the regional level in four regions:
Dissemination

Publications.

In addition with the four pilot regions, the
project materials and outputs are being disseminated
throughout four other regions:

the Urals (Ekaterinburg),
- Western
Siberia (Tyumen),
- Povolzhye
(Kazan),
- Volgo-Vyatsky
(Nijny Novogorod).
