"Legal Protection for economic operators"
Main goals of the project

      The long-term objective of the project is to contribute to the improvement of the legal environment for economic operators in Russian Federation by improving the legal and institutional framework.
      The idea is to achieve it in particular by providing assistance to the Government, lawmakers and arbitration courts, and by increasing the confidence of economic operators in the court system.
      The project aims at providing legal protection to economic operators. The emphasis is laid on those that are in need of protection most, i.e., on small economic operators, and on the institutions that are supposed to render this protection to them.
