Second Component:
Improving the application and the enforcement
of the law
This
Component aims at perfecting the application
of laws related to economic activities, by provision
of support to the judges of the arbitration
courts and the specialists of related fields,
considering the new economical, political and
social conditions in the country.
In Irkutsk,
this Component
was implemented through two specialized training
seminars for judges organized by the Federal
Arbitration Court of East Siberian District
together with Irkutsk LPEO office.

31 to July 1, 2001;

Second seminar on "The role of Arbitration
courts - Cassation and Surveillance", from
July 4 to July 6, 2001.
